Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

Paypal does not require an account to make purchase. If your credit/debit cards are already secured by a PayPal account they will ask you to login in to make a purchase.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping/International 

We ship via Australia post, starting at $8.50 flat rate for hair accessories posted in a box, postage overseas is $25 flat rate in a box. All post is to be sent tracked. If you would like to upgrade to express/ registered please let us know.

Turnaround
We try to ship within 1-3 days but sometimes can take longer depending on work load. If you have a custom please ensure to let us know when you need it but for custom orders will be around 1 - 2 weeks if we need to order in items for you. Rush orders will be shipped within 2/3 days (excluding weekend) and have an extra cost. 

Can I place a Custom order?

We take custom orders, please just send us an email at [email protected] or send us a message via our facebook/ Dm via instagram =) customs do not start until you have confirmed and deposit is made

It's the small details that count 

Our items are felt backed for comfort however if you prefer without please let us know. 

**All our items are handmade, placements, flowers, colours and embellishments will vary with each restock, this cant be helped if our supplier has discontinued an item/s as all our flowers are handmade small things will vary. We make limited edition or one of a kind items as we know every princess is one of a kind xx

Shipping time
Post estimate 3 - 5 days however it can be longer! If you have any concerns just contact us =) and we will look into it. Please be patient, we have no control over post times 

Turn around time for our customs will depend but usually no more than 2 - 3 weeks* 

WARNING Our items (accessories/clothing belts etc) are not toys and contain small parts so adult supervision is required at all times.
